Through my work with The Biodiversity and Elephant Conservation Trust (BECT), I have delivered over 3,028 awareness sessions in schools and rural communities affected by human-elephant conflicts. BECT educates the public on conserving biodiversity and mitigating human-wildlife conflict. Our school outreach and village programs raise awareness, share valuable insights on elephant behavior, and empower participants with strategies to foster coexistence. Evaluations show long-term impact, with promising results in creating a new generation equipped to champion conservation efforts and protect both wildlife and livelihoods.
